Job Summary:- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Neapolitan Pizza Head Chef who has deep knowledge of authentic Neapolitan pizza making but in indian style. The ideal candidate should be skilled in dough fermentation, high-temperature pizza baking, and kitchen team management while maintaining consistency, quality, and speed in a QSR environment. Key Responsibilities:- - Prepare authentic Neapolitan pizza (Indian style) dough (direct/biga/poolish methods) with proper hydration and fermentation control - Handle wood-fired / gas Neapolitan pizza ovens (430–480°C) efficiently - Ensure consistent pizza quality, taste, texture, and presentation - Manage daily kitchen operations and pizza station workflow - Train, supervise, and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff - Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness as per FSSAI standards & Monitor ingredient quality, portion control, and minimize wastage - Coordinate with management for menu execution and new recipe trials - Ensure timely service during peak hours without compromising quality Required Skills & Qualifications:- - Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Neapolitan pizza making - Strong knowledge of 00 flour, yeast behavior, fermentation, and dough handling - Experience with high-heat pizza ovens (wood or gas) - Ability to stretch dough by hand (no rolling pin) - Good understanding of Italian pizza techniques and ingredients - Leadership skills to manage and train a kitchen team - Ability to work under pressure in high-volume service Preferred (Bonus Skills):- - Experience working with Italian or premium pizza brands - Knowledge of cost control, kitchen SOPs, and batch planning - Familiarity with Indian taste adaptation while keeping authenticity Salary & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience & skills):- - Salary starts from 35000 - Growth opportunity with a fast-expanding brand - Food & accommodation Provided Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
