Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Hyderabad, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. The Sales Manager will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include sales forecasting, managing sales pipelines,delivering compelling presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with company goals will also be a key responsibility. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales Management, Pipeline Management, and Account Development Excellent skills in Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Retention Strategies Experience in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Strategic Planning Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving Skills Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales software tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Experience in the chemical or industrial safety industry is a strong advantage
