The Senior Safety Engineer will be responsible for ensuring safety standards across construction sites, implementing safety protocols, and conducting regular safety audits. Day-to-day tasks will include assessing risks, promoting occupational health and security measures, and delivering training sessions to staff to foster a culture of safety within the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in Safety Engineering and Construction Safety Knowledge of Occupational Health and Security protocols Experience in conducting safety Training sessions and workshops Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and lead safety initiatives Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
