As a Freelance Dance Trainer with Trodo, you will conduct high-quality dance sessions at different locations. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, structured, and enjoyable learning experiences tailored to learners of different age groups and skill levels. Key Responsibilities Conduct dance classes at client locations as per assigned schedules. Teach choreography and technique across one or more dance styles (e.g., Bollywood, freestyle, folk, hip-hop, contemporary, etc.). Choreograph and conduct rehearsals for events such as school annual day programs, Wedding Sangeet Events and corporate workshops (as applicable). Plan and teach advance level choreographies to students for competitions and events. Plan age-appropriate and safe dance routines. Engage and motivate students to enjoy the learning process. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and communication with clients and the Trodo team.
