Experience in Real Estate: a) Should be able to provide information about company and its completed projects, ongoing projects and future projects. b) Must have knowledge about various ongoing projects locations, its address and landmark. c) Should be aware about availability of flats, shops and row-houses. d) Must have thorough insight about the pricing of flats, shops and row-houses. e) Must be well-informed about the project’s Unique Selling Proposition and should be able to inform the customers accordingly. a) Tele pitch prospective leads about the project, provide information and drive the leads for site visits. b) Follow-up with the customers and ensure the site-visit. c) Update the sales team with customer information and scheduled site visit details. d) Provide information to customers through: calls, whats-app etc. e) Resolve customer queries, concerns quickly and effectively. f) Send promotional messages on festivals and events. g) Follow-up with the visited customers regarding further updates. a) Has to be active participant in all exhibitions, events, festivals etc for promoting company and its projects.
