Interaction and close coordination with multiple teams and vendors. Job Responsibility: Design and develop mechanical subsystems and robotic structures with a focus on reliability and manufacturability. Support integration of electronics and embedded systems into mechanical designs. Apply CAD modeling, simulation, and analysis to validate designs before production. Conduct tolerance analysis, GD&T, and DFM practices to ensure precision and cost-effective manufacturing. Prototype, Manufacture and test components using methods such as 3D printing, CNC machining, and sheet metal fabrication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electronics, software, manufacturing) to deliver complete robotic systems. Participate in design reviews, testing, and iteration cycles to refine product performance. Contribute to documentation, BOM management, and project handovers for smooth manufacturing and deployment.
