Role & responsibilities Core operations : 1. Financial Record Management: - Maintaining and updating accounting records and files. - Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded. 2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: - Process invoices, payments, and receipts. - Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances across all stakeholders, Internal and external. 3. Employee salary payments, ECS, PF, Insurance/mediclaim deductions. 4. Data Entry and Documentation: - Enter financial data into Tally accurately. - Organize and maintain financial documents and records. 5. Bank Reconciliations: - Perform Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reconciliations. - Identify and resolve discrepancies. 6. Leading Financial Reporting: - Support the preparation of financial statements and reports. - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. 7. Expense Reporting: - Review and process employee expense reports. - Ensure compliance with company policies. Financial Compliances : 1. Support Tax Preparation: - Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. - Maintain tax records and documentation. 2. Timely statutory payments TCS, TDS, GST etc 3. Lead Audits: - Help prepare documents and records for audits. - Assist in internal and external audit processes. Strategic : 1. Monitor Working capital requirements for business continuity 2. Closing Business agreements specific to Finance3. Monitor and prescribe key financial performance areas for the growth of the organize 4. Set process and systems in line with seamless business practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Over 10 years of Finance and Accounts experience, prreferably with 2-4 years in B2B Commerce. Atleast 2 years of experience in accounting on Tally. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
