In this role, you will communicate with online sellers and assist them with onboarding and understanding our e-commerce account management services. You’ll be part of a growing team that supports digital business expansion for clients across India. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to online sellers and clients. Explain e-commerce account management services clearly and professionally. Maintain accurate call records and daily reporting. Build positive relationships with customers. Work toward achieving monthly targets and performance goals. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge is required.
