Key Responsibilities University & Career Guidance Advise students on university choices, career pathways, and long-term academic planning. Assist students with applications to Indian and international universities, including personal statements, essays, interviews, and portfolios. Provide guidance on standardized tests such as SAT, PSAT, ACT, IELTS, and TOEFL. Counsel students on scholarship, financial aid, and funding opportunities. Application & Placement Management Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission requirements, deadlines, and trends for universities globally and nationally. Develop personalized academic and university application plans for students based on their aspirations and strengths. Support IB Diploma and IGCSE students in aligning subject selections with university requirements. Track and record student progress, achievements, preferences, and application outcomes in an organized database. Monitor placement trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of guidance services. Outreach & University Relations Build and maintain a database of top universities across multiple countries, including admission contacts and scholarship information. Proactively invite and host university representatives on campus to engage with students and parents. Organize and coordinate university fairs, workshops, and information sessions. Maintain active communication with university admissions officers and networks. Stakeholder Engagement & Professional Development Communicate regularly with parents about the application process, timelines, and university options. Collaborate with faculty to ensure academic readiness for target institutions. Stay informed about global higher education trends through workshops, conferences, and professional networks.
