Role Overview: You will be a full-time, on-site Environmental Health Safety Specialist based in Warangal. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring legal compliance, implementing and monitoring health and safety policies, conducting safety training sessions, and evaluating workplace environments to prevent accidents. Additionally, you will review safety protocols, manage documentation, and collaborate with teams to enhance safety practices and reduce risks. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure legal compliance with Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices. - Implement and monitor health and safety policies in the workplace. - Conduct safety training sessions for employees. - Evaluate workplace environments to prevent accidents. - Review safety protocols and manage documentation. - Collaborate with teams to enhance safety practices and reduce risks. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices. - Strong understanding of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations. - Experience in Workplace Safety and conducting regular safety audits. - Ability to provide effective Safety Training programs for teams. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. - Relevant certifications such as OSHA or NEBOSH are a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field.
