About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager to join our dynamic real estate team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets. This role is crucial for driving sales of our residential and/or commercial properties and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads through various channels (calls, emails, site visits, etc.). Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, present suitable property options, and provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and payment plans. Site Visits: Conduct professional and informative site visits for prospective buyers, effectively highlighting the key features and benefits of the properties. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms of sale, prepare necessary documentation, and successfully close property deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Noida region. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 6 months to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the real estate industry. Candidates with sales experience in B2C or high-value products may also be considered. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales goals. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with a CRM system is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
