Role & Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs. Actively seek new business through in-person meetings, networking, and local offline channels. Submit quotations tailored to client requirements and follow up for Purchase Orders. Coordinate with the production team to ensure client quality standards and delivery timelines are met. Represent Trinity Packaging at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business growth. Collect feedback from clients and prospects, sharing insights with internal teams. Follow up on payments in accordance with agreed payment terms. Assist the accounts team with document collection (e.g., GST certificate, company registration details). Review and verify vendor assessment forms as per client requirements. Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activities. This is a remote role: You will operate from a city without a Trinity Packaging office, managing local sales independently. Approximately 40% of the time will be spent in field sales, focused on meeting clients, understanding their needs, and closing deals through offline channels.
