Position Summary The Project Delivery and Service Manager - India is responsible for overseeing the execution and after-sales service of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in India. This includes managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and leading service support during the operational phase. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Lead the execution of utility-scale BESS projects from end-to-end. Serve as the main interface between clients, EPCs, suppliers, and internal departments (engineering, procurement, logistics). Monitor project milestones, manage schedules, budgets, quality, and risk mitigation plans. Ensure timely completion of delivery, commissioning and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). Coordinate site activities including HSE compliance, local permitting, inspections, and punch list resolution. Manage subcontractors, local service partners, and field technicians. Service & Support Provide technical and service support during the operational phase. Lead the development and execution of LTSA, including preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Coordinate spare parts logistics, service ticketing, and remote support channels. Ensure SLA compliance (e.g. Availability guarantee) and customer satisfaction through high-quality after-sales service. Work with global service teams to implement process improvements and root cause analysis for failures. Pre-Sales Support Act as the service-oriented point of contact for clients during the sales and tendering process. Provide input to commercial teams on service scope, delivery timelines, warranties, and O&M offerings. Participate in customer meetings, RFP/RFQ response preparation and contract negotiations regarding project delivery and service terms. Support service documentation review and service proposal development in collaboration with internal teams. After Sales Service Operations Establish and oversee service support processes for preventive and corrective maintenance, warranty claims and spare parts logistics. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service ticket resolution and performance issue response. Manage subcontracted service providers and field technicians to ensure SLA adherence and safety compliance. Serve as the voice of the customer for post-sales feedback and technical issues. Work with internal teams to suggest design or process improvements based on project learnings and customer feedback. Contribute to regional knowledge base and process optimization initiatives. Oversee training and development of local teams and third-party service providers. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related technical discipline. 5+ years’ experience in project management or service delivery, ideally in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems. Proven track record delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects in India. Strong knowledge of BESS components (PCS, BMS, EMS, batteries), commissioning, and operations. Understanding of Indian grid codes, regulatory compliance, and local construction norms. Proficient in English and Hindi to liaise with local counterparties. Fluency in Chinese is highly desirable in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Service Supervisor - India to lead on-site service, including the installation, commissioning and maintenance of our BESS products in India. This pivotal role requires expertise in WHSE (Workplace Health, Safety, and Environment) practices, technical understanding of electrical commissioning works and a strong focus on quality assurance. Reporting to the Project Delivery and Service Manager – India, the Field Service Supervisor will ensure seamless execution of the field commissioning and service activities of Trina’s state-of-the-art energy storage systems. Key Responsibilities Supervise commissioning, preventive maintenance, and corrective service activities at project sites. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes. Lead on-site troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues in BESS systems and escalate complex issues to HQ technical teams when required. Manage subcontractors and service technicians, ensuring they comply with site and company policies Act as the primary on-site liaison with customers, contractors, and internal engineering teams. Provide leadership and mentorship to onsite teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration. Attend Principal Contractors Supervisor meetings, toolbox talks and relay information on to the site staff, subcontractors and management. Daily reporting of all site activities to management. Project tracking to ensure project schedule is met. Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of electrical systems. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce system failures and extend equipment lifespan. Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices. Monitor spare parts usage and coordinate with logistics for replenishment and warranty claims. Provide training and technical guidance to customers and local service partners. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in field service roles, preferably in BESS, solar, wind, or power electronics. Strong knowledge of electrical standards, safety standards, and renewable energy systems. Proven experience with utility-scale project sites and working with EPCs or IPPs. Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and team leadership skills. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Willingness to travel extensively across India, occasionally overseas. Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) in order to liaise with local counterparties.
