About the Role We’re looking for an entry-level creative generalist with strong graphic design skills who can also support social media execution and day-to-day coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to brand building, marketing, and operations, while working closely with the founder. Graphic design will be your primary responsibility, with social media execution and coordination support as part of the role. Key Responsibilities 1. Graphic Design (Primary) Design Instagram posts, stories, reel covers, banners, and simple marketing creatives Create WhatsApp creatives, flyers, and basic promotional assets Maintain visual consistency across all brand platforms Work primarily on Canva. Adobe tools are a plus, not mandatory 2. Social Media Execution Schedule and publish posts as per the content plan Format captions, hashtags, and basic descriptions Coordinate with internal teams for approvals Assist with comment and DM replies using predefined guidelines 3. Executive Assistance & Coordination Organize brand assets, files, and folders Follow up with vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders Assist with basic research and documentation Support the founder with execution and coordination tasks Who Should Apply Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience Proficiency in English and Telugu Strong Canva skills with a good design sense Adobe skills are optional but appreciated Basic video editing skills using mobile tools are acceptable Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable handling multiple small tasks in a fast-moving environment Willing to learn, adapt, and improve through feedback Who Should Not Apply Candidates looking only for pure graphic design roles Candidates uncomfortable with coordination or operational tasks Those expecting a strategic or managerial role immediately Tools You’ll Use Canva Adobe tools (optional) Mobile video editing tools Google Drive, Docs, Sheets Instagram, WhatsApp Business Basic project management tools (training will be provided) Work Location Hybrid 80 percent work from home 20 percent in-person meetups at a co-working space or cafe for bi-monthly check-ins Work Timings Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Sunday: Weekly off Work hours are expected to be respected on both sides. Occasional flexibility may be required during launches or campaigns, with prior communication. Compensation ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, based on skill and fit Growth Opportunity This role offers hands-on exposure to brand building, marketing execution, and operations. High performers can grow into specialized roles such as Social Media Manager, Brand Executive, or Senior Designer over time.
