Sales Engineer ( Coimbatore/ Prakasam District, AP ) Coimbatore,Prakasam District 2 - 3 years INR 3.75 - 8.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Responsibilties: Promoting & Selling the companys Industrial Gases (IG) solutions (viz. Nitrogen Generators, Oxygen generators, etc.) across India. Sales responsibility for IGs, particularly for Replacement cases, standalone sales. Training of indirect sales channels, consultants, contractors and OEMs to ensure they have the required competence and confidence to identify and specify Industrial Gases opportunities. Supporting with project specification, Product Positioning and pricing based on segments. Developing our strategic approach for maximizing sales opportunities of IGs. Conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities, market price and competitor activities to increase market share. Driving market awareness & working closely with the Digital Marketing team, to create campaigns, promotions to position Trident in our target Market. Identifying and building sustainable relationships with new markets and sales channels. Preparing and presenting customer proposals, product presentations and similar sales enablement material. Conducting market analysis and pipeline and sales reporting Driving customer success by ensuring that our sales channels offer the right solution and that a successful installation and commissioning process is completed, and hand-over to the after sales team. Sharing of leads for other products to address full potential & increase customer share. Updating all data in the required time scales: monthly reports, distributor analysis, forecasting and generated lead information. Intended results: All India Business growth in terms of quantity & value by focusing on Standalone sale of Industrial gases solutions, replacement/ Upgradation, Liquid to PSA conversion. Increase in leads generation via Digital Campaigns, sales presentation, customers meeting. Will be measures based No. of Digital campaigns completes, no. of leads generated, Lead to opportunity ratio, etc Increase in Reach, collaborating with existing sales team, travelling across India to develop strong awareness and ultimately maximize opportunities for IGs Measurement will be : percentage growth in number of opportunities and percentage HIT rate. New business opportunities and product applications identified. Experience : Experience: At least 2- 3 years experience in selling industrial equipment Background of selling Industrial gases will be an added advantage. Good to excellent track record of sales achievements. Good understanding and experience on direct sales. Good techno commercial acumen and Value selling. Knowledge : Knowledge of the compressed air industry, Industrial Gases and its applications is an advantage. Skills: Computer literacy in MS Office (Microsoft Office, Teams), Customer relation management (CRM) tool. C4C knowledge will be an added advantage. Educational requirements : Education: University Degree in engineering Masters in management will be added advantage. Personal affinity : Good communication skills with the ability to make technical presentations. Good in English and has good understanding of the business landscape. Good interpersonal skill plus knowledge. A proven self-starter who requires minimum supervision A team player who can coordinate efforts to achieve sales targets. Enthusiastic and aggressive Willing to travel across India. This position reports to BLM in India.

For Pune :- Territory: Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Goa. For Delhi : Territory: North India (Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana & Uttarakhand) Responsibilities: Promoting & Selling the companys Compressed air treatment and separation solutions (Dryers, Filters, Drain valves, Nitrogen Generators, Oxygen generators, etc.) across the assigned territory. Training of indirect sales channels, consultants, contractors and OEMs to ensure they have the required competence and confidence to identify and specify opportunities. Supporting with project specification, Product Positioning and pricing based on segments. Direct sales of high value products and increasing replacement market share. Developing strategic approach for maximizing sales opportunities. Conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities, market price and competitor activities to increase market share. Driving market awareness & working closely with the Digital Marketing team, to create campaigns, promotions to position Trident in our target Market.
