Department: Quality Assurance Reports To: QA/QC Head Job Purpose: To ensure all products meet internal and customer quality standards through inspections, testing, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming materials, in-process panels, and final products. Conduct routine quality audits and maintain inspection records. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Manage calibration of tools and instruments. Interface with customers during FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests). Ensure ISO 9001 and safety compliance. Qualifications & Skills: ITI /Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 2–4 years of experience in panel / switchgear industry. Knowledge of QA documentation, testing procedures, and standards. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
