Job Summary Panditon Tech Solutions is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, managing partnerships, and executing marketing campaigns for our digital platforms and services. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, referrals, and digital leads Pitch Panditon’s services to customers, vendors, pandits, temples, and institutional partners Convert leads into active clients through effective negotiation and follow-ups Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and partners Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly Marketing Responsibilities Plan and execute local & digital marketing campaigns (online + offline) Promote Panditon mobile app, website, and service offerings Coordinate with digital marketing team for social media, WhatsApp, and content promotions Conduct on-ground activities like banners, pamphlet distribution, events & partnerships Collect market feedback and suggest improvements in services and campaigns Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Knowledge of digital marketing basics (social media, WhatsApp marketing, lead funnels) Ability to work independently and meet targets Familiarity with local market dynamics Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, Google Workspace) Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in startup, service-based, tech, or app-based companies Local market exposure in Bhilwara or nearby regions Passion for sales, marketing, and growth-oriented roles Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred Salary & Benefits Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives Growth opportunities in a fast-growing startup Learning exposure in digital platforms & marketing Supportive team environment About Panditon Tech Solutions Panditon is a technology-driven platform offering professional, verified pandit services and religious solutions both online and offline.
