Key role elements include: Ideally have at least 3-5 years experience working with retail and commercial projects A relevant degree or qualification. Degree in building design is an advantage Strong local construction knowledge Fluent with REVIT and AutoCAD Good experience and thorough knowledge of design and construction in the commercial sector Strong written and spoken communication skills Positive attitude and good teamwork skills. Proactive, self-motivated individual who is adaptable to a fast-paced workplace. A good knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel and a full driver's licence. We are currently seeking an entry-level Revit Documenter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their skills in real-world BIM applications, with a focus on creating Revit models from point cloud data . Key Responsibilities Import and process point cloud files into Revit. Create accurate, well-organised Revit models based on laser scans of existing buildings. Assist in preparing 2D documentation from models including plans, elevations, and sections. Follow project-specific BIM standards and company modelling protocols. Collaborate with senior team members and surveyors to ensure accurate model interpretation. Perform basic quality checks on models to ensure dimensional and spatial accuracy. Requirements High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (preferably 2022 or later). Understanding of point clouds and modelling from scan data (basic familiarity acceptable for junior role). Attention to detail and willingness to follow documentation standards. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and as-built conditions. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A diploma or degree in Architecture, Building Design, or similar is preferred but not essential.
