Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Sales Intern (WhatsApp API & RCS) at Trending Bulb Media LLP. The intern will assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and presenting solutions related to WhatsApp API and Rich Communication Services (RCS). Responsibilities include engaging with clients, understanding their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and participating in sales training sessions. The intern will also assist in managing campaigns, generating leads, and tracking sales performance. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation and sales strategies Experience or willingness to assist in Training sessions for sales processes and client interactions Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting Basic knowledge of WhatsApp API and RCS technologies is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (pursuing or completed)
