Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant (Sales Executive) based in Undri, Pune. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers in selecting outfits and accessories, provide expert fashion advice, and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering personalized styling recommendations, ensuring product knowledge, and handling day-to-day sales activities to enhance the rental experience, managing the Instagram page of the assigned store, approaching online enquires on call, following up with the walk-ins to convert, and drive customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong knowledge of fashion trends and expertise in offering personalized fashion consulting Proficient communication and customer service skills to provide a seamless shopping experience Proven experience in sales and a passion for helping customers find their perfect outfit Ability to manage and maintain product knowledge for optimal client recommendations Enthusiasm for the fashion industry and willingness to work in an on-site, customer-facing role
