Treasury Mid Office Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor

  ALM, LCR, Liquidity Risk Statements

  , and support

  ALCO presentations

  preparation and reporting.
• Develop and maintain

  daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts

  to ensure adequate liquidity and effective fund planning.
• Prepare and share

  Treasury MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports

  to support management decision-making.
• Preparation of data for Lenders and Coordinate with banks, lenders, and financial institutions for timely submission of information and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all

  lender covenants

  , financing agreements, and reporting obligations.
• Support issuance and servicing of

  Commercial Papers (CPs)

  and

  Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)

  , including related documentation and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure timely submission of

  CHG-1 filings, CA-certified stock statements, stock statements, UFCE, and other treasury-related reports

  .
• Coordinate closely with the Treasury Back Office to ensure accurate execution, reporting, and compliance of treasury transactions.
• Act as a central point of contact for treasury-related information requests from internal teams, auditors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor liquidity, borrowing positions, debt maturities, and funding requirements, while providing proactive insights to management.
