Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Travel Sales Executive. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their travel needs, crafting customized travel itineraries, offering guidance and recommendations on travel destinations, and finalizing bookings. The role also involves maintaining relationships with travel partners and suppliers, managing travel documentation, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process. Qualifications Experience in Travel Sales and Customer Service Knowledge of Domestic Tour Packages and Itinerary Planning Familiarity with Travel Booking Systems and Online Platforms Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Strong Organizational and Time Management Abilities Ability to work on-site at our Ghaziabad office Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus Experience in travel industry and destination knowledge is beneficial
