Job Overview: We are seeking a Visa Consultant who is knowledgeable and detail-oriented to join our dynamic travel agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications for various countries, offering expert guidance throughout the process, and ensuring all required documents are correctly submitted in a timely manner. You will play a key role in helping travellers navigate complex visa requirements, providing a smooth and hassle-free experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding visa requirements for different countries. Guide clients through the entire visa application process, including documentation and form filling. Assist clients with new passport issuance, renewals, name/address changes, and lost/damaged passport replacements. Guide clients on required documentation and assist in form filling and appointment bookings via the Passport Seva system. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centres. Keep track of application progress and follow up with clients and authorities as needed. Support the sales and operations team with documentation for holiday and business travel packages. Maintain proper records of all applications and communications. Stay informed on immigration policies, rules, and changes. Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications: Prior experience as a Visa Consultant or in a travel agency (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of documentation and procedures for countries like USA, UK, Canada, Schengen zone, UAE, and Australia. Working knowledge of Passport Seva portal and major insurance providers. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Familiarity with international travel requirements and visa regulations. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools. Why Join Us?
