• Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Travel Consultant role based in Faridabad. The Jr. Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and customizing domestic and international trips, including selecting destinations, arranging transportation, and booking accommodations. Daily responsibilities include preparing travel itineraries, managing reservations, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and providing clear information on pricing, inclusions, and travel requirements. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and partners, ensuring accurate and timely confirmations, and resolving basic issues related to bookings or changes. The Jr. Travel Consultant will support senior team members, maintain client records, and contribute to a positive, professional customer experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in travel consulting and travel management to advise clients and support end-to-end trip planning.

• Candidates should possess skills in travel arrangements and reservations to handle bookings for transportation, accommodation, and packages.
• Candidates should possess strong customer service skills to respond to inquiries, manage client expectations, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations, routes, and travel norms is beneficial.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to explain options and policies clearly.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with booking systems or travel platforms.
• Prior experience or internship in a travel agency or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
