Travel Back office executive

We are looking for detail-oriented Travel Back Office Executives to manage travel bookings, reservations, documentation, and customer support activities. Candidates should have knowledge of travel operations, booking systems, and travel-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process flight, hotel, holiday package, and other travel reservations as per client requirements.
• Check availability, compare fares, and prepare suitable travel options and quotations.
• Handle booking confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and itinerary modifications.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel suppliers, and service providers regarding reservations and booking issues.
• Prepare and verify tickets, travel itineraries, invoices, vouchers, and other travel documents.
• Maintain accurate booking records, payment details, and customer information.
• Respond to customer and internal team enquiries regarding bookings, schedules, and travel updates.
• Track booking deadlines, payment schedules, cancellations, and refund status.
• Resolve booking discrepancies and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
• Update booking systems, spreadsheets, and internal trackers to ensure accurate records.
• Ensure travel arrangements comply with customer requirements, supplier policies, and company procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
