Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements. Assist in training, onboarding, and mentoring new team members. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant supervisory/team lead experience in an MNC environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and common enterprise software/tools, Power BI, Zoho One Suite. Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in international IT or Services, Product based company Knowledge of Office 365, Zoho Tools, Sales-Force CRM, Oracle database and SPS.
