We are expanding our evaluation and research team for an upcoming social sector program and invite applications from experienced professionals for the following roles (based in Shillong, Meghalaya): Available Positions 1️⃣ Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist Key Responsibilities Design and implement Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks for multi-state social development programs. Lead baseline, midline, and endline evaluations. Manage mixed-method research cycles with strong data quality controls. Convert findings into actionable insights for donors and implementation partners. Required Qualifications Doctorate / Postgraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Public Health, or related fields.
