This is your opportunity to apply your expertise in energy efficiency, auditing, techno-economic evaluation, or sectoral analysis to help shape policy and practice in the energy domain. 🔍 What We're Looking For: We welcome applications from individuals with diverse but relevant backgrounds such as: ✅ Techno-economic analysis of energy projects ✅ Energy policy and regulatory evaluation ✅ Sectoral benchmarking in power, industry, or infrastructure ✅ Energy efficiency planning and implementation ✅ Certified Energy Auditors/Managers (BEE Certified) ✅ Field-level experience in conducting energy audits and assessments ✅ Strategic planning and project leadership in energy consulting ✅ Knowledge of national energy schemes and efficiency frameworks 👤 Who Should Apply: We are open to engaging professionals with 3 to 15+ years of relevant experience in the energy domain—whether you’re a seasoned project leader, a policy expert, or a certified auditor/manager, if you bring strong analytical acumen and a results-driven mindset, we want to hear from you. 🎓 Preferred Educational Backgrounds: • B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or related Engineering disciplines • M.Tech or MBA in Energy Management, Power Systems, Sustainability, Environment, or Infrastructure preferred • BEE-certified Energy Auditor/Manager (for audit roles) is a must • Additional certifications in energy modelling, ESG, or sustainability will be a plus 🛠 What You’ll Be Doing: Depending on your fit within the team, your responsibilities may include: • Leading project execution and client interface (for senior roles) • Conducting energy assessments, audits, and techno-economic analyses • Assisting in energy policy evaluations and benchmarking • Collaborating with government stakeholders and drafting deliverables
