Key Responsibilities Coordinate nationwide vehicle pickups and deliveries. Book and manage carriers; verify insurance and DOT compliance. Track shipments and resolve delays or issues. Provide quotes, timelines, and updates to customers. Prepare and maintain shipping documents (BOL, inspection reports). Optimize routes and logistics costs using TMS/load boards. Qualifications 1–3+ years in logistics, auto transport, or freight brokerage. Knowledge of Central dispatch, Message plane, FMCSA/DOT rules and auto shipping process. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Message plane CRM and Central Dispatch preferred.
