Transition/FinOps Vice President

Transition Manager/VP:

• 15+ years experience in finance shared services, transitions, or program management, or relevant experience in Finance processes working with either a leading Business Process focused organization or captive centers in Finance Operations.
• Minimum span of control of 200+ FTE resources
• Experience in driving Ops Innovation/ Transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of ERP and related ancillary systems and functionality
• Proven track record leading large, complex transitions (preferably in a global environment).
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (Order to cash, procure to pay, AP, AR, GL, FP&A, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred) from an accredited university
