Very bad customer support team, we have received one GPS device we had had installed in vehicle at 12pm and ask to support team for configure set on device still 5pm support team is wasting my time and not configure single device on time. Worst experience ever.

We need another gps device to track Transight gps. This device is functioning once in a month. Started the problem within a week of installation.Their customer care IVR clarity is pathetic which confuse us the option selection.
