Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in the Transform Marketing Organization at Accenture, you will be part of a team providing transformation services focused on key offerings like Transformative Marketing, Martech, Brand & Creative, and Scaled Marketing Services. These services aim to help clients optimize their marketing, sales, and service strategy, enabling them to become living businesses and drive growth in a cost-effective manner. You will work closely with clients as a consulting professional to design, build, and implement initiatives that enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities: - Deep dive into projects to help CMO organizations drive superior performance by leveraging analytics, consulting, and strategy solutions - Utilize hands-on experience in customer value management and customer lifecycle management to enhance customer segmentation, behavior analysis, and channel management - Design new campaign strategies, marketing plans, and lead marketing assessments for different marketing technologies - Develop business cases for marketing use cases, gather requirements, and design solutions for marketing implementation - Manage full spectrum of marketing program execution, including strategy definition, technical delivery, and real-time marketing concepts - Design interventions to drive customer acquisition and engagement, optimizing marketing campaigns and utilizing analytical and data visualization tools - Identify marketing process improvement opportunities, develop business cases for boosting marketing capabilities and drive growth through innovative solutions Qualification Required: - MBA from a tier 1 institute Additional Details: Accenture provides an opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients.
