Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager in the Transform Marketing Organization at Accenture, you will be involved in providing transformation services driven by key offerings like Transformative Marketing, Martech, Brand & Creative, and Scaled Marketing Services enabled by Generative AI and next-gen capabilities. Your role will focus on helping clients optimize their marketing, sales, and service strategies to become living businesses, driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction, and impacting front end business metrics positively. Key Responsibilities: - Deep dive across projects to assist CMO organization in driving superior performance through relevance by leveraging analytics, consulting, and strategy solutions - Utilize hands-on experience in customer value management and customer lifecycle management to work on customer segmentation marketing, behavior analysis, and channel management - Design new campaign strategies, marketing plans, and lead marketing assessment, KPI definition, and solution assessment for different marketing technologies - Develop business cases for marketing use cases, gather business requirements, and design processes for implementing marketing solutions - Manage the full spectrum of Marketing program execution from strategy definition to technical delivery, utilizing real-time marketing concepts - Design interventions to drive customer acquisition and engagement by monitoring trends, analyzing data, and optimizing marketing campaigns - Identify marketing process improvement opportunities, develop business cases, campaign strategies, and innovative solutions to drive growth Qualifications Required: - Overall experience of 10+ years with a minimum of 7 years in driving modern Marketing Organizations and data-driven growth strategies - Strategic advisory experience with the ability to conduct diagnostics and drive visioning workshops with senior stakeholders - Hands-on experience in developing customer research design, insight-led performance engines, hyper-personalized customer experiences, and working with Mar-tech tools - Strong analytical skills, client handling skills, team building skills, leadership skills, and communication skills - MBA from a tier 1 institute Additional Details: An opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients Potential to co-create with leaders in strategy, industry experts, and enterprise function practitioners Personalized training modules for skill development and industry knowledge growth Commitment to accelerate equality for all and engage in boundaryless collaboration across the organization (Note: Omitted company details as they were not provided in the JD),
