Role Description: Own Transforma’s product and brand experience across web and mobile. Lead UX strategy, UI design, motion/interaction, and content craft (visual/microcopy/video) to deliver elegant, accessible, and consistent experiences. Establish a scalable design system and brand guidelines; produce executive-grade presentations and documentation templates. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing creative direction and strategy, developing and managing branding initiatives, and providing art direction. Daily tasks will include graphic design, user experience design, and content creation, all aligned with the company's vision and client needs. This role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure the visual and experiential aspects of all digital platforms are well-coordinated and executed effectively. Responsibilities: A) Product UX Strategy & Research Define user outcomes, personas, and jobs-to-be-done; prioritize journeys that move business metrics (activation, conversion, retention). Plan and execute research (interviews, task-based tests, heuristic evaluations); translate insights into flows and interaction patterns. B) Interface & Interaction Design Produce information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and interactive prototypes. Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile; specify states, empty/loading/error UI, and micro-interactions. Drive motion design and animations (e.g., Lottie), with performance-aware specs. C) Design System & Brand Establish a design system (tokens, components, patterns, usage guidelines) supporting white-labeling and tenant-level theming for a multi-tenant SaaS. Maintain brand identity: logo usage, color/typography scales, iconography, illustration, imagery, and tone. D) Accessibility & Quality Champion WCAG 2.2 conformance (focus, contrast, target size, error prevention, keyboard/AT support); define accessible content patterns and audit checklists. Run usability and accessibility testing; track and close design quality issues before release. E) Content Creation & Creative Direction Author and govern content style guides; produce product microcopy, release visuals, social assets, explainer videos, and motion graphics. Create executive-grade presentation themes and documentation templates aligned to the brand. F) Collaboration & Delivery Partner with product/engineering on prioritization and design-to-dev handoff (redlines, specs, tokens). Manage design backlog, review PRs for visual/UX QA, and measure impact (task success, SUS, time-to-task, funnel KPIs). Required Skills & Experience: 6–10+ years in UX/UI and digital brand design with shipped web and mobile products. Expert in Figma (components, variants, tokens), prototyping, and production-ready specs; strong Adobe CC (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop), Lottie/After Effects for motion. Demonstrated design system creation and governance; responsive and mobile-first craft. Strong UX writing/microcopy skills; familiarity with analytics and experimentation.
