The Tax Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery, governance and review of Transfer Pricing (TP) tax related activities, benchmarking governance, operational TP support and related party transaction oversight. The role ensures compliance with TP policies and documentation requirements while acting as the primary liaison between Corporate Tax, Finance, Controllership, Legal, market teams, GBS teams and external service providers.

The position plays a critical role in maintaining a robust control environment, supporting audits and tax enquiries, driving process improvements, and ensuring timely and accurate TP documentation and intercompany agreements.

• 8-10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, Tax, Statutory Reporting, Finance or compliance
• Strong experience managing TP documentation, tax and compliance activities.
• Experience supporting tax audits and regulatory enquiries across multiple jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships across global organizations.
• Experience driving process improvements, controls, and operational efficiencies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of Transfer Pricing principles, OECD guidelines and TP documentation requirements.
• Strong knowledge of intercompany transactions, statutory reporting and financial accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP is advantageous.
