Identify and report defects, malfunctions, and deviations from specifications. 5. Follow 5S and safety protocols for maintain a clean work environment. 6. Follow quality inspection document. 7. Work as per Supervisor / team members guides to meet production goals.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer/ Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on equipment and machinery. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Collaborate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption. Implement and improve maintenance procedures and safety protocols. Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). Proven experience (1–6 years) in maintenance engineering or a similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Familiarity with PLC. Ability to read technical drawings and manuals. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
