Job Description

  • • Process Transactions: Handle daily high-volume operations such as data entry, billing, claims, cash management, or account updates. • Verify & Reconcile: Check financial documents, cross-verify balances, and reconcile accounts or inter-company records. • Maintain Compliance: Ensure all workflows adhere to regulatory guidelines, KYC/AML rules (where applicable), and internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Resolve Discrepancies: Investigate missing information, report errors, and coordinate with internal teams, HR, or clients to fix issues. • Record & Report: Update database applications, draft emails, and generate routine performance or financial logs.

Pay: ₹18,455.00 - ₹485,000.00 per month
