HR Responsibilities: Maintain employees' personal files and records, ensuring HR policies are communicated effectively. Handle onboarding, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other documentation. Track attendance, leave records, confirmations, appraisals, and increments of employees. Process payroll, including salary calculations, reimbursements, and payslip generation. Manage employee exits, including full and final settlements and exit interviews. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and internal references. Conduct interviews in coordination with department heads. Qualifications & Skills Education: MBA/Bachelor’s Degree (Freshers are welcome to apply).
