Training Manager L2

Key Responsibilities: - Identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers - Drawing an overall or individualized training approach to meet the identified needs - Deploying a variety of training methods tailored to specific needs and desired outcomes - Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions for new employees - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness, success, and ROI of training programs periodically and reporting on them - Managing the training budget to ensure efficient utilization - Providing opportunities for ongoing development to enhance employees" skills - Resolving specific problems and customizing training programs as necessary - Maintaining a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices to continuously improve training initiatives Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills: Training - Experience: 8-10 Years In this role, you will be a part of a modern Wipro that is focused on digital transformation and reinvention.
