Key Responsibilities

• Training Strategy & Governance:

  Drive end-to-end training strategy, learning design, innovation (AI/LMS), and knowledge management initiatives.

• Delivery & Operational Excellence:

  Ensure high-quality training delivery for new hires and existing employees while maintaining SLA adherence, compliance, and process standardization.

• Client & Stakeholder Management:

  Manage client relationships, governance reviews, and align performance outcomes with business expectations.

• People & Capability Development:

  Lead team performance, drive capability building, and partner with HR for workforce planning.

• Transition & Transformation:

  Handle training setup for transitions and new implementations, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and accreditation.

• Reporting & Governance:

  Provide dashboards, analytics, and ensure effective governance support.

Key Skills Required

• 7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting (RTR, P2P, OTC).
• Strong experience in training design, delivery, and instructional methodologies.
• Good understanding of digital learning formats and content development.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools for training and analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles and team leadership.
