About the Role:

Role & responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions on the Karadi Path English program and methodology to teachers in schools implementing the program.
• Conduct periodic support visits to assigned schools, observe sessions, and provide constructive feedback to teachers and school/stakeholders.
• Oversee the delivery quality and impact of the Karadi Path program in your assigned geography, ensuring positive learning outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with education officials, and partner institutions.
• Prepare and submit timely project reports, ensuring smooth communication between KPEC and partner schools/government bodies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and the regional language.
• Prior experience in training, project coordination, or education program implementation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively
