Trainer - Data Centre Operation Management - Electric Vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct classroom and hands-on training on AC/DC EV charging systems, installation, wiring, earthing, testing, and commissioning.

· Train learners on server hardware, networking, racks, cabling, UPS, power systems, cooling, and data center maintenance.

· Demonstrate troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures.

· Assess trainee performance and maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.

· Mentor learners and coordinate with the placement team to support employment opportunities.

· Maintain training lab equipment and stay updated on industry technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

· ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

· 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in EV charging, electrical systems, data center operations, or IT infrastructure.

· Prior teaching or training experience preferred.

Required Skills:

· Strong technical knowledge and practical troubleshooting skills.

· Good communication, presentation, and training abilities.

· Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance.

· Fluency in English and the local language.
