Job Summary
Trainer cum Demonstration Executive
The candidate will be responsible for demonstrating product features and applications to customers, educational institutions, corporate clients, dealers, distributors, and internal sales teams. The role requires strong presentation skills, product knowledge, customer-handling abilities, and willingness to travel for field demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Product Demonstration
- Conduct live product demonstrations of Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), Digital Podiums, Digital Signage, Video Conferencing Systems, and other company products.
- Demonstrate product features, functionalities, technical specifications, applications, and benefits.
- Explain interactive features such as touchscreen operations, digital writing, annotation, screen sharing, wireless connectivity, and presentation tools, wherever applicable.
- Conduct product demonstrations at schools, colleges, universities, corporate offices, government institutions, exhibitions, and customer locations.
- Customize demonstrations based on customer requirements and application needs.
B. Training and Customer Education
- Provide product training to teachers, professors, IT administrators, corporate users, dealers, distributors, and internal sales teams.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions on product operation, software usage, connectivity, and basic troubleshooting.
- Organize product awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions for customers and channel partners.
- Ensure customers understand the product's features and are confident in using the equipment.
C. Sales Support
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and conduct customer demonstrations.
- Support sales executives during customer meetings, presentations, and product discussions.
- Explain product advantages, technical benefits, and use cases to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Follow up on demonstrations to collect feedback and support sales conversion.
D. Technical Support and Coordination
- Assist customers with basic product setup, connectivity, configuration, and operational queries.
- Identify basic technical issues during demonstrations and coordinate with the technical support team for resolution.
- Ensure demonstration equipment, accessories, software, and presentation materials are ready for use.
- Maintain proper handling and care of demo units and company equipment.
E. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain records of customer visits, demonstrations, training sessions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Collect customer feedback and share product-related observations with the sales and technical teams.
- Maintain training attendance records, demonstration reports, and customer engagement details.
