About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AI & Data Science Trainer who can

deliver high-impact training across a comprehensive range of subjects including

Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer

Vision, and GPT-based Models. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding

of theoretical concepts and practical implementation using industry-relevant tools and

frameworks.

Core Training Domains & Modules

You will be responsible for designing and delivering sessions based on the following

comprehensive syllabus:

Statistics:

• Descriptive & Inferential Statistics, Probability, Sampling, Regression, ANOVA

• Chi-Square Tests, Non-Parametric Tests

Machine Learning:

• ML Foundations (Supervised, Unsupervised, Reinforcement Learning)

• Algorithms (Linear/Logistic Regression, SVM, Decision Trees, KNN)

• Clustering, PCA, t-SNE, Ensemble Methods, Neural Networks

• Model Evaluation Metrics, Deployment, and Monitoring (e.g., Prometheus)

Deep Learning:

• Neural Networks, CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, GRUs, GANs, Autoencoders

• Optimization (SGD, Adam, Regularization, Dropout, BatchNorm)

• Frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch

• Applications in Vision, NLP, Speech

Natural Language Processing (NLP):

• Preprocessing, Embeddings (Word2Vec, GloVe, FastText)

• Text Classification, Sequence Models, Transformers (BERT, GPT, ELMo, DistilBERT,

etc.)

• NLP Tasks: Sentiment Analysis, Summarization, Translation, QA

Computer Vision:

• Image Processing, Segmentation, Object Detection

• Feature Matching (SIFT, SURF), Optical Flow, 3D Vision

• CNN Architectures (ResNet, Inception), OpenCV Projects

• AR, Medical Imaging, Autonomous Driving

GPT-1 and GPT-2:

• Transformer Architecture, Training Process, Tokenization

• Differences between GPT-1 & GPT-2 (117M vs. 1.5B parameters)

• Applications: Text Generation, Summarization, QA, Translation

• Ethical AI, Bias, Fine-tuning GPT Models

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live or recorded training sessions (online/in-person)

• Develop comprehensive course materials, project guides, and assessments

• Provide mentorship and doubt resolution support to learners

• Continuously upgrade curriculum to match evolving industry trends

• Collaborate with content and product teams for course innovation

• Conduct project reviews, mock interviews, and capstone evaluations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Mathematics, AI, Data Science, or related field

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML training or application development

• Expertise in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, TensorFlow/PyTorch

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end ML/DL/NLP projects

• Strong communication & presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Familiarity with MLOps tools like Prometheus, MLflow, Docker

• Prior experience working with or fine-tuning transformer models (GPT, BERT)

• AI certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, AWS ML Specialty)

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
