1. Production Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Ensure proper assembly, testing, and functioning of electronic products.
- Operate and monitor production equipment, tools, and testing instruments.
- Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
- Ensure adherence to production targets, safety standards, and work instructions.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce rejection rates.
2. Quality Control (QC) Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming components, in-process assemblies, and finished electronic products.
- Perform functional testing and quality checks using electronic testing instruments.
- Identify defects, analyze failures, and support root cause analysis.
- Maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
- Ensure products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production and R&D teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to minimize defects and rework.
3. Research & Development (R&D) Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of electronic circuits and products.
- Read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Perform circuit testing, troubleshooting, and prototype validation.
- Work with electronic components, PCBs, sensors, and microcontrollers, as applicable.
- Support product development, performance improvement, and design modifications.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and development records.
- Collaborate with production and QC teams to resolve technical issues and improve product reliability.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and electronic systems.
- Understanding of circuit diagrams, schematics, and PCB fundamentals.
- Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic testing instruments.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, MS Office, and technical documentation.
- Willingness to learn, work in a team, and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of soldering, PCB assembly, and electronic product testing.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, or relevant testing software.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, and CAPA, where applicable.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- B.E. / B.Tech graduates in Electronics, ECE, or related fields.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
