Job Title: Trainee Civil Engineer Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: Fresher to 2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Civil Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will support various construction and infrastructure projects by assisting senior engineers and gaining hands-on experience in project execution, site supervision, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in site supervision and execution of civil work as per project specifications and drawings. Monitor daily site activities, including manpower, materials, and machinery. Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at the site. Assist in surveying, leveling, and other layout activities. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other site personnel. Help prepare daily progress reports, material consumption records, and site documentation. Support senior engineers in project planning, scheduling, and costing. Learn and use civil engineering software/tools (AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.) as required. PartIcipate in site inspections and audits. Eligibility Criteria: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 1 to 2 years of experience in site execution or civil project work Basic understanding of construction drawings and civil engineering practices. Willingness to work on-site and learn from practical exposure. Skills Required: Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word). Attention to detail and eagerness to learn. Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach. Preferred Candidates: Recently graduated or candidates with up to1 to 2 years of site experience.
