Trainee Chartered Accountant (indirect tax)

Required trainee CA/CS

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain books of accounts, process vendor/client invoices, verify vouchers, and perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Taxation & Compliance: Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of GST (Goods and Services Tax), TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and Income Tax Returns (ITR).
• Auditing: Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits by verifying sample transactions, checking compliance standards, and drafting audit schedules.
• Financial Reporting & MIS: Help prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Corporate / Industrial Exposure (for Industrial Trainees): Work on strategic finance, budgeting, internal controls, and live corporate projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Cleared CA OR CS.
• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS / GAAP), Income Tax Act, GST laws, and Company Law.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting and ERP tools such as Tally, SAP B1, or QuickBooks, alongside advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and good communication skills to interact with clients and senior auditors

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
