Trading Assistant

As a Risk Monitoring Analyst at FalconX, you will play a crucial role in monitoring market risk associated with FalconX's automated trading strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring market risk of FalconX's automated trading strategies - Periodically manually hedging risk when necessary - Monitoring the state and health of FalconX's automated trading strategies - Interacting with engineering, DevOps, Trade Operations, and quantitative trades to report issues and coordinate system maintenance actions - Helping monitor and manage strategy system, risk, and performance metrics - Providing daily reports to the team on recon, volume, widths, participation, and the team's other focus areas To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Familiarity with markets, listed exchanges, and basic risk-management concepts - Basic understanding of statistics - Ability to independently organize and analyze data - Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel - Proficiency with Python, SQL-syntax is a plus - Trading experience is a plus - Familiarity with crypto exchanges is a plus - Interest in crypto markets/algorithmic trading is a plus, along with some basic exposure to statistical analysis and machine learning tools - Team-oriented, have excellent written, verbal communication, and strong organizational skills - Attention to detail FalconX is a pioneering team dedicated to revolutionizing institutional access to the crypto markets.
