The service was good. But one thing I would like mention that the google map link provided in the realme website is not correct. It takes you somewhere else so please update it with the right one.

Really helpful, the executive went out of the way to help me get my Earbuds replaced in time, saved my time and travel. And also got upgraded to a newer model(which I was not exactly hoping from start, but feels good now.)

Completely satisfied with the service provided. Time taken was less than the average time as i explained about the criticality of the need of the mobile for my work and the distance i travelled. Team was able to deliver the mobile with the new display changed within the promised time.

Had given T110 realme ear buds as right one is not working as it's brand new. When I called staff said it will be replaced with new one but later when my friend picked the same model is given with different name entered in it with ear wax in it and extra buds missing and a slight sound in the right ear bud.

My Mobile has a green line issue(real me GT 2 pro), They replaced the display within 3 days without any charges.(Free of cost)
(Because there is no physical damage & water damage, Green line issue because of updates)
