Trade Manager

Zome India is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing professional from the sanitaryware industry to develop and execute trade marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase product visibility, and drive sales through dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Trade Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement trade marketing plans to achieve business objectives, brand visibility, product positioning across dealer and distributor network

• Dealer & Distributor Management : Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners, Execute dealer engagement programs and loyalty initiatives, support the sales team in dealer network expansion and market development.

• Showroom Branding & Visual Merchandising : Plan and execute sanitaryware product displays in dealer showrooms, Ensure proper product merchandising, branding, signage, and display installations, Monitor showroom visibility and brand presentation.

• Sales Support & Market Intelligence : Work closely with regional sales teams to improve market share, Gather feedback from dealers and customers regarding products, pricing, and promotional activities, Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and product acceptance.

• Required Experience & Skills
• 3–8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the sanitaryware, bath fittings, faucets
• Strong understanding of dealer and distributor networks.
• Experience in showroom branding, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.
