A Trade Head in a diagnostic company is responsible for expanding business through corporate clients, hospitals, insurance companies, TPAs, doctors, and healthcare partners while ensuring revenue growth and smooth business operations.

1. Key Job Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients and hospitals.
• Develop business relationships with insurance companies and TPAs.
• Generate new diagnostic business opportunities.
• Expand business across existing and new locations.

Corporate & TPA Management

• Coordinate with MediBuddy, MDIndia, Health India, Welnext and other TPAs.
• Maintain relationships with corporate HR teams and insurance partners.
• Negotiate package rates and commercial agreements.
• Follow up on pending payments and outstanding invoices.

Revenue & Target Management

• Achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
• Increase daily patient volumes and test bookings.
• Monitor branch-wise revenue and profitability.
• Develop strategies to improve business performance.

Team Management

• Manage Business Development Executives.
• Assign targets and monitor individual performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings.
• Ensure proper coordination between sales and operations teams.

Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with laboratory, radiology and clinical departments.
• Ensure timely completion of diagnostic tests.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve corporate client complaints and operational issues.
